Terms

Terms of use and digital purchase terms.

Plain-language terms for using the Protecting Our Kids website and purchasing digital resources.

Digital products

Protecting Our Kids sells digital educational resources. Access is granted after a verified payment and is linked to the purchase email address used at checkout.

Educational purpose

The resources provide general educational information for parents and caregivers. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, counselling, legal, school safeguarding or emergency advice.

Personal use

Unless a specific licence states otherwise, purchased Protecting Our Kids resources are supplied for the purchaser's personal or household use. They may not be resold, republished, redistributed or uploaded for public access.

Third-party bonus resources

Selected third-party licensed resources may be included as supporting bonus materials. These resources are provided to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only and are not represented as original Protecting Our Kids publications.

The purchaser does not receive private-label, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, rebranding or republication rights to these bonus resources.

Payments

Payments are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. A purchase is treated as complete only after payment has been verified.

Refunds

Eligible digital purchases are covered by the published 30-day money-back policy. See the Refund Policy for the request process and conditions.

Access and account security

Secure library links are intended for the purchaser. You are responsible for keeping access links private and for using an email address you can access.

Availability and changes

We may improve website features, delivery methods, resource presentation or supporting materials over time, provided this does not remove access to resources already validly purchased without an appropriate remedy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with payment or referral tracking, or use the service for fraudulent activity.

South African context

These terms are intended for a South African commercial offering and should be read together with rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
