Protecting Our Kids for schools

Give parents practical support when they turn to your school for help.

A protected resource library that helps schools support families when bullying concerns arise.

A practical school resource programme

Resources schools can share with families.

The Protecting Our Kids School Resource Licence gives your school a protected digital library of practical resources that authorised staff can share with parents when bullying concerns are raised.

One annual whole-school licence. School-controlled access. Practical support for parents.

Authorised staff can use the school's licensed resources to support parents during and after a bullying concern.

A practical gap schools often face

When a parent asks, “What can I do now?”, the school should have something useful to offer.

The school still follows its own disciplinary, safeguarding and internal response process. The licence simply gives authorised staff a practical set of Protecting Our Kids resources they can make available to parents alongside that process.

School-controlled access

The school holds the licence and decides when parents receive access.

This is not an open learner subscription. The licensed institution controls access to its protected parent resource library.

A principal or authorised school user manages the school account and can give parents access to relevant resources when they need them.

One school licence. One protected resource library. Practical resources ready for parents when concerns arise.

Included in the paid annual school licence

The resources Protecting Our Kids already has today.

The paid annual licence includes the two core guides and worksheets, plus three personal-use bonus resources. Complimentary pilot and sponsored school access includes the core guides and worksheets only.

  • Protecting Our Kids: A South African Parent’s Guide
  • Protecting Children from Teacher Bullying, including its worksheet
  • Overcome Phone Addiction bonus resource
  • Growth Mindset bonus resource
  • Beyond IQ bonus resource

A typical use case

A parent reports that their child is being bullied.

The school receives the concernThe school follows its own internal processAuthorised staff give the parent resource accessThe parent receives practical guidanceThe resources remain available during and after the situation

The licence strengthens the support the school can offer without replacing the school's own responsibilities or procedures.

Whole-school annual licence

Simple institutional access, not per-learner billing.

The school purchases one annual licence. School size can determine the pricing band, but the licence belongs to the institution rather than being sold as individual learner seats.
